Practical first aid for the workplace
Our First Aid at Work Level 3 Refresher course gives you practical knowledge and hands-on skills to deal with workplace accidents, injuries and medical emergencies effectively.
Ideal for employees, supervisors and organisations working in construction, engineering, manufacturing and other higher-risk industries, this course helps ensure your workplace is better prepared for emergencies.
Why choose this course?
Delivered over two days at our London training centre, with practical, face-to-face training. Approved blended learning, with additional tutor-led learning. Both London days run 08:00–17:00: a nine-hour attendance window each day, including breaks. Breaks do not count as learning time.
Weekend course options make it easier to fit training around work and other commitments.
What you will learn
Build confidence in responding to workplace emergencies, carrying out CPR and safely using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), alongside a wider range of injuries and illnesses covered by First Aid at Work.
What you will receive
On successful completion, you will receive a nationally recognised First Aid at Work certificate, awarded by First Aid Awards, Ofqual regulated. Valid for three years.
Refresher course eligibility
Already hold a First Aid at Work certificate? Our refresher course is available if your certificate is still in date or within 28 days of its original expiry date on the course start date.
If it expired more than 28 days ago, book the full course. Please have your certificate available for eligibility verification. An expired certificate does not extend your status as a workplace first aider.
