Information you provide
When you contact SiteCourses you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company, course requirements, preferred dates and other details included in your enquiry.
How it is used
Information may be used to answer your enquiry, identify relevant training or qualification options, confirm availability, and communicate with a participating provider where needed to progress the enquiry.
Payments
When you pay for a booking, Stripe processes your card and payment details. SiteCourses receives the payment status, transaction reference, amount and contact details needed to process your booking and any refund. We do not receive or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy notice for its handling of payment data.
Optional return offer
If you choose the unticked return-offer option when requesting a booking, and your booking is subsequently confirmed, we may use your purchaser email, first name and course start time to send one 10% code on the morning your course begins. The email includes an unsubscribe link. We keep a record of the code and redemption status to prevent reuse, and use an email delivery provider to send the message. You can decline this option without affecting your booking request.
Sharing
Relevant enquiry details may be shared with the provider needed to confirm availability or progress a requested booking. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.
SiteCourses AI assistant
If you type a question into the SiteCourses AI assistant that is not handled by the website's built-in answers, the question and a limited amount of recent chat context may be sent to Cloudflare Workers AI so a response can be generated. The website also sends the current SiteCourses rolling course-date context so the assistant can discuss upcoming dates more accurately.
Do not enter payment-card information, identity-document numbers, medical information or other sensitive personal information into the assistant. This version of SiteCourses does not intentionally save chatbot conversations in its own database.
Analytics and cookies
This static launch site does not require advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising or other tracking tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated.

NVQ candidate profiles
When you submit an NVQ profile or book an NVQ, we collect the profile details you provide, including contact details, qualifications, employment history, workplace-evidence answers and your learner declaration. We use these for suitability screening and, where appropriate, assessment and learner registration. Profiles are stored in our booking system and emailed as completed internal forms to our training administration team. Relevant information may be shared with the selected assessment provider and awarding organisation for those purposes.
National Insurance information is optional at enquiry stage. Ethnic-origin and health-related assessment-support information are optional and processed only with the explicit consent recorded on the form. You can leave these fields blank and contact us privately about support. You may withdraw that consent by contacting hello@sitecourses.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
We retain enquiry and profile records only as needed for screening, registration, administration and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records we need to retain. Profile information is not sent to the website AI assistant, published on the site or stored as a browser draft. Completed provider forms are sent to our team, not attached to your customer confirmation email.
Level 2 candidate details and recorded assessment discussions
For Level 2 trade NVQ enquiries and bookings, we collect your name, contact details, current role, trade, employer or business name, construction experience and assessment route. These details are used to arrange an assessor meeting, check suitability and plan qualification registration and assessment.
If you choose the video discussion route, your assessor records your verbal knowledge answers as assessment evidence. The assessment provider will explain the recording method, access arrangements and retention information before recording. Relevant candidate and assessment information is shared with the assessment provider and awarding organisation where needed for registration, assessment and quality assurance.
