What information should you send?
- The course required: SMSTS, SSSTS or the relevant refresher.
- The preferred date or date range.
- The number of learners.
- Whether weekend delivery is preferred where available.
- Any time-sensitive requirement you need us to be aware of.
For refresher bookings, it is also important to confirm that each learner meets the relevant eligibility requirements.
Can businesses request an invoice?
Business customers may request invoice, purchase-order or bank-transfer arrangements. Acceptance of credit or purchase-order terms is subject to confirmation, so tell us what your organisation needs when you enquire.
Are group places guaranteed?
No. The dates on SiteCourses show current advertised availability and remain subject to provider confirmation. For several delegates, it is particularly useful to confirm capacity before making internal arrangements.
